A B O U T

Gregory Bayne is a filmmaker and mixed media artist working in film, video, animation and design.

His work as a producer, director, editor, cinematographer, animator and designer has appeared in several short, feature length and documentary films, DVD and commercial productions that have shown theatrically, at film festivals worldwide (including Sundance, Munich and SXSW) and broadcast nationally on PBS, ESPN and the Sundance Channel.

Gregory is also a co-founder and artistic director for both the True West Cinema Festival and i48:Idaho 48 Hour Film Festival and Competition in Boise, Idaho.

He is currently at work on his newest feature film PERSON OF INTEREST.

True West Cinema Festival gets Gonzo and a whole bunch of other cool films...meanwhile, Revival kicks out the design:

Revival creates a series of commercial spots for Market Limone.

Revival contributes to Reel Lives Film Festival creating promotional trailers for 15 films dealing with Cancer.

Purple State of Mind (editing and sound design by Greg) wins Best Spiritual Film at Breckenridge Film Festival.

Person of Interest garners grant award from Idaho Commission on the Arts.

IBID plays Munich.

IBID has been selected for the 2008 SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas. It will show in the "Emerging Visions" section of the festival. Gregory shot and edited the film.
